Usage:
   ObjectTemplate.MaxRotation x/y/z

Argument values:

argument 1:    0/-1/0, 0/-10/0, 0/-5/0, 0/0/0, 0/0/1, 0/0/100, 0/0/1000, 0/0/110, 0/0/120.5, 0/0/125, 0/0/14, 0/0/150, 0/0/35, 0/0/4000, 0/0/50, 0/0/5000, 0/0/60, 0/0/89.5, 0/0/90, 0/1/0, 0/10/0, 0/10/10, 0/12.5/0, ...

Description: This property is used exclusively in Battlefield Vietnam. Equivalent to SetMaxRotation.
