requesting vehicle (tank) modeling basic tutorial from start

hi, im looking a for a tutorial for creating vehicles for mods for bf1942 (tanks)
i have been looking for them and havent found any for tanks
what i want to understand is modeling and putting together the mod
and how to make it function in game (coding+ installing to game)
sorry for alot of needs but i havent found anything that could help me with such things
