An interesting development. I'm quietly crossing my fingers hoping BF1942 source code is in there...though super unlikely.

I think it would be pretty illegal for us to get our hands on the BF1942 source code, if it was hacked.

Yeah it wouldn't really be something we could use directly for anything. It would be cool to see how some of the things worked in the game. Though age of the game and that it was initially based of the engine Rallisport Challenge used they probably didn't keep the Refractor 2 source in the same place. Possible Dice maintains it if they even still have it.

Yeah I’d like to see the possibilities of having the source code in our hands. The weather system would be pretty cool, so would the lens flare. Oh well.
