What do these lines mean in the AIBehaviours.con

Hello Folks,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what these lines mean in the AIBehaviours.con file?
aiSettings.setBasicBotWeights UnitWeights
...and why is UnitWeights used for this line specifically?
aiSettings.setStandardPersonality StandardWeights 1
aiSettings.setStandardPersonality StandardWeights 2
...and why is StandardWeights and the numbers 1 and 2 used for these lines? Do the numbers 1 & 2 pertain to team numbers (1 for Axis & 2 for Allies)?
aiSettings.setStandardMoralAdmin default 1
aiSettings.setStandardMoralAdmin default 2
...and what does "default" pertain to? How about the numbers 1 & 2?
