Patchable archives

Hi all, does anyone have a definite list of patchable Archives? I know sound.rfa, standardMesh.rfa and texture.rfa are patchable, any others?

You forgot the menu.rfa is also patchable and most important of all... The maps!

Yes I know maps can be patched, I was asking about the RFAs inside the Archives folder. But thanks :)

Your question is not very clear.
You can ofc patch all archives

Not all RFAs can be patched. As I recall shaders.rfa can't be patched, the ai related RFAs and maybe the treeMesh rfa. (but not sure on that one). The bf1942/game.rfa is also non patchable.

ehh what do you guys meen with patching?
because iv edited game.rfa over and over ;)
You guys probably mean creating _001 (or similar) rfa files right?

In that case iv said nothing ;)

Yeah I meant archives that can have _xxx patches. All archives can be edited of course.

I don't think from the list you provided that game.rfa can be patched that way. I've never seen any mod with patched font, animations, shaders, ai or aiMeshes RFAs before. TreeMesh also cannot be patched I believe. Oh well, I guess we'll have to test things out.

you read the list wrongly ;)
It contains a list of all files that are read.
So game.rfa is read, but this list doesnt contain game_001.rfa so that file is not read
