I know it's not modding but I didn't know where else to ask and some of the users of the website have their own server so I thought they might know.

How do I make server commands... is there a tutorial somewhere that someone can tell me about?

As in when people make them custom, i.e !c .# (Stop camping insert playername here)? Server FTP, find playermenu.con, add in your custom text then proccede to save it. When you see the format, it should be self-explaitory.
