Generate minimap icons/flags

Hi Mates!

How can i add minimap icons to the minimap like this?



Not all of them, maybe just some them.
(Icons have to be in exact position.)

What kind of program should i use?

I would recommend you go with Photoshop. Make sure it is converted from DDS before doing anything though because I do not think you can open a DDS file in PS directly.

Just Google the DDS Converter to convert your file. That file is called something like "ingamemap.dds" in your map's RFA, Textures folder.

I know how to make it editable, but how can i exactly put the icons to the right places?

You can add icon of any object to minimap with Battlecraft, read "About IGM Icons.txt" file in ..\Battlecraft 1942\IGMIcons\ folder
