From what I can gather, the reason you're limited to 3 bombs is because of the rate of fire. The moment I set my personal files to your rate of fire of 10, I got the same problem as you. How many positions does it use on the horizontal plane?
The way I see it, if you multiply the vertical positions by the horizontal positions, it should give a rough idea of the limit, should it exist.

Doesn't FH simply use c_PIPitch to "rotate" the kind of barrel they want to use?

Tanks might need slightly higher heat generation because their engine RPMs tend to "plateau" at 0.9-1.0 unless they have high torque. Personally, I get around the non-replenishing fuel problem by instead using the gauge as a temperature indicator. Either way, you're forced to stop the vehi...
