Yepp, in IE8 it worked without bookmarking.
Now it does with Seamonkey, too. Thank you.
And yes, I have Strg+F5ed many times now after this topic was posted. The icon never showed up, though.

Re: Why POW won't fire guns?
Herrmann is the uber troll known all over the community, spamming forums and gameservers down till kingdom come with his endless loop of brain-dead bullshit. The problem is... he seems to be serious with all that... so no ill-will... just stupidity. Sorry for the bloody off-topic. Though the ...

Hm... still doesnt show up in my browser... Maybe IE and FF search for a favicon.ico in the website's root folder automatically, but that isn't the w3c default behaviour, I guess. There should be something like <link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico" /> in the head section o...

Re: 8 Bit Musik
Check out the game TetraBlocks . Very nice .xm music in there. It's a bit annoying at the beginning, but after a while you'll be totally addicted and won't wanna play without that music! :D I downloaded and tried a tool called OpenMPT today. It's a so called "tracker" software that you can...

Real good!
I have Reason, too, also bought myself these two fellas here, just to "play around" a bit. But never got something done... I have a couple of instrumental tracks by The Prodigy, though, which I'd find cool to use when making such a mash-up.

Re: BF42 server querys broken
Yeah, I was asking fo0k how it comes that they aren't affected.
So there's no prevention system, only 'early recognition'... Bit hard to do for our small clan, though I'll have to keep looking out for ways to totally get rid of this. Maybe program something myself. :/

Re: BF42 server querys broken
Hm, guess no. It's used for resolving hostnames to ip addresses, but I wouldn't know how to block an ip with that. You might also be able to modify the routing table with the "route" command, so the packets don't go out anymore. But that doesn't help much, too, since you need to stop the q...

Re: BF42 server querys broken
Access Control List - so to say the definition for what is allowed and what not, in this case concerning ingoing IP addresses. How to do this depends very much on your OS. For a Windows server I've described it a little earlier in this topic, but for linux I got no clue :? btw... HLSW is clear again...

I'd also say it boots from somewhere else, not from your Win7. Remove all other HDDs and CD/DVDs. Check IDE or S-ATA cables. Check BIOS for boot options.
