I have noticed an interesting glitch on one of the maps I worked on. What mod are you making a map for? Forgotten hope? I don't have that installed. Regular bf1942 doesn't have an Italian army, I'm unsure of what the kit names you need are. Secret weapons has objects that is not in regular bf1942. You need to have the object files packed in your map. Take them from the objects.rfa, standardmesh.rfa, and texture.rfa of the sw expansion.
