My personal mod crashes to desktop
Excuse me, guys. I have one thing to say regarding my personal mod. Sometime ago, I downloaded the "GameSpy" patch for Battlefield 1942 , so that I would be prepared for when the online servers for that game shut down tomorrow. Subsequently, when I start my personal mod, and whenever it go...

How do I add a tank to Single Player?
Excuse me, everyone. I have another question regarding adding vehicles to single player. In the past, I managed to code the M3 Stuart light tank from either BattleGroup42 or Forgotten Hope (that is, the vehicle folder, the standardMesh, and the textures, though I do not know if I added the sound) in...

How do I add the PT boats to Single Player?
Excuse me, guys. I have another question regarding single player. I am trying to add single player to the Invasion of the Philippines map by using the single player section of the BattleGroup42 version of that map (I am doing that for my personal use only), but when I try to load the map, I get two ...

Need help with configuring ammunition files
Excuse me, guys. I have one question regarding the ammunition files. When I imported the Type 38 Arisaka rifle and its variants (and their respective animation files) from the Forgotten Hope Secret Weapon mod to my personal mod (I did that for my personal use only), I started the Wake Island map, bu...

Re: Need help getting more classes to work
Well, I selected one of those 2 new classes whenever I loaded a Single Player map, but when I select the spawn point and confirm my decision, which would normally put me on the battlefield, it would just crash to desktop, without showing me what was missing. I just thought I let you know.

Need help getting more classes to work
Hello, everyone. I have one question regarding the classes in Battlefield 1942 . I added the 2 additional classes from BF42Plus 2.23 into my personal mod for Battlefield 1942 (I did that for my personal use only). However, I have problems getting them to work in the Single Player maps that I have co...

Re: Liberation of Caen Single Player
Well, I'm back. I just want to say that I finally got the Liberation of Caen Single Player map working on my own mod. I simply had to use the "GUIpack" application. Thank you for your help, though.

Re: I need to add more weapons into BF1942
Sorry to bring this topic back up, but I have managed to add some more weapons into my personal mod for Battlefield 1942 (I will not upload that mod onto the internet in any way), and those weapons includes the Sten from the Road to Rome expansion, the Enfield No. 2 revolver from the Forgotten Hope ...

Re: Need to add replacement sounds
Hmm. I have a possible alternative, if this works: If you are modding using your own mod instead of saving over the game's base files, you can just use files that you have in your mod using the same RFA file names. Because if you have your own mod, the game will load the vanilla files first then lo...

Re: Need to know how to compress RFA files
There is a GUI_RfaPack.exe in the mdt pack, havent used it for many years so i dont remember if it was slow. Well, freddy, I have tried that, and it managed to compress "standardMesh" files into an RFA file faster than MakeRFA (I will still use MakeRFA for maps, though). I also compressed...
