Is there a way to convert the .sm and .rs to 3ds so I can edit the models? Well... I mean when I open the "M4 Sherman" in Gmax, it shows up just as the main hull, nothing else ...fo0k wrote:so I assume when you view the africa houses for example.. they show up ok?

I actually found an old copy of Windows XP here in my room, no Service Packs on it, version 2002 it says on it
So I installed it in VirtualBox (no hassle from floppy drive requirement) and now write this inside VirtualBox with Windows XP (now, all that remains is to install 3ds Max 6.

I downloaded 3ds Max 6, and simply cannot install it on my computer (running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit) ... getting same error as above...

Ah, I see. Well, thanks for your kind reply .fo0k wrote:they both have their uses but I spend my time in ed42 - with notepad it can get you a working map. Battlecraft is good for a blank, working map to use in ed42.
