ssd....best on SATA300.... haven't got the money for a new pc, want to speed it up though. Now, I know what you are about to see IS more expensive than a usual ssd, but you only need a PCIe 4x slot to get a read of up to 540 MB/and a write of up to 450 MB/sor better, depending on your budget.

Make a copy of your current bf folder (make sure you include your mods/desert_combat folder), edit the ports in 2 or 3 .con files which you can find in /mods/bf1942/settings, start your new server.

If you want to annalyze your wars I'd recommend this tool . You can record and playback the positions of your units, and what actions they are performing. It had a variaty of output formats, one of them being .xml. It is intended for vanilla, which basicly means it does not support classes of any of...
