Trigger death animations based on kill location
As the title implies, would it be possible to have different death animations based on the location of the "kill" shot on a soldier's body?

Re: Custom contentCrc32.con file gives an error
That is correct. If you were to rent a server for example, then both the client and server versions of your map would have to be identical as per the instructions.

Re: Custom contentCrc32.con file gives an error
I see. Although my tank has no mipmaps in any of it's hud textures. I find it strange why "2" won't work either... I'll have to troubleshoot some more. I would suggest following the exact instructions in that link for your unpure mod and see if it works. That will mean having the same CON...

Re: Custom contentCrc32.con file gives an error
Yes. Although I've never understood why you need client and server files? I cannot even connect to my own dedicated server. Edit: I've tried the "2" value as well on my Testing_Range-1918, no go. Because the client files in the map archives are checked against the server ones. The number ...

Re: Custom contentCrc32.con file gives an error
For my own mod & map, I have never been able to make it work with the value 1 or 2... I have no clue why Desert Combat worked with Desert Shield. It's strange, but if you've got Desert Combat, feel free to try it. See my post above. And you wouldn’t be able to make it work with the setting set ...

Re: Custom contentCrc32.con file gives an error
Thanks. This is what I was looking for: For the CRC system to work, the game data must live up to a set of rules that affect how the calculations are performed on client and server: - The object spawns must be present on both client and server. - The same con files must be sourced on client and serv...

Re: Custom contentCrc32.con file gives an error
*BUMP* I got one map (DC_DesertShield) from Desert Combat to work with content check set to 1. So my map in Battlefield 1918 should then work as well. Hi Skull Kid, I’m curious to know how you got that map working with Content Check set to 1. As I recall, 1 is only for vanilla BF content and the ex...

Why not learn how the Botinator works? It’s a tool that can add bots your map.

Re: Raised Fist v0.6 Full + 0.61 Patches
Ok got around to testing it myself. It seems it's not the active command that's the real issue here. It's the debug command you found. That's the one that doesn't stick. The pose positions do stick even with active command and even after soldier dies and respawns. But the game command seems to be t...
