As mentioned, I will pm you as soon as I have the thread up, I would really like your comments. I have an example map I am making that show how to create a map with ai in mind. It will show ...

Well I have spent the past 7.5 to 8 years reverse engineering the bf42 ai system. I have the advantage of having not only long conve...

Re: Battlefield 1942 Mod Tools

Re: Battlefield 1942 Mod Tools

Here is a link to FourCentsShy's " AI Debugging Toolkit ", just select Debugging Toolkit from the drop down list. His other tutorials are fantastic and I use a lot of his material and what I learned from not only working with him but as a close friend for many years now. There is also a pa...

Re: Smallones

I will consider this some day when I have the time. At present I am working on wording a post and creating graphic examples dealing with the Strategic Areas and how they effect bot movement in the map. I think you have missed my point, and I am not sure what your saying or asking, but most vehicles ...

Re: Smallones

Let me see .. how to answer this one with tact and consideration for others, all the while teaching a lesson about life in a constructive way. Don't know but here goes. I don't foresee me making another map that would be good for bots(smallones?) You never plan to do another map that would support b...

Re: New to modding

Everybody has a preference, and at days end it's all about what your used to that works for you. I haven't used the tool you mention but have heard of it from others, and I am sure it works well; I will look into it. To me they are all just another attempt to create a better mouse trap when the orig...

Re: set up map in 3ds max

I would like to see that one. That's why I am working on an all inclusive mapping and AI tutorial(s), so all the information on the topic(s) will all be in one place. I will most likely put them on cajunwolf.com and link from bfsp and here. I have an unbelievable collection of bf tools and programs ...

Re: New to modding

Actually Senshi, it's not listed unless I am missing something. All I see is the MDT 2.75 so this could have something to do with the problem.
