My problem with using the smoke emitters is that the bullet is too fast. Instead of a streak, there'd be a dotted line of little smoke balls. It doesn't matter any more. Easy. Go into the ... if I can remember ... Menu.rfa and find the ".tga" or ".dds" file for a sniper scope. The scopes are merely an image in the middle of the screen. Use GIMP 2 with the ".dds" plugin, or use photoshop to edit the scope image. THen, you'd have to go in...

Two different questions in one topic, both relating to mines: I would like to find a way to have landmines spawn as an object on the map instead of a player throwing down a projectile template of a landmine. Spawn protection is hard to deal with. I guess just spawn the people in a floating building object or floating landmass object and have the players jump out of the object. The building or landmass could act as a "physical" barrier.
