Usage:
   AiTemplatePlugIn.Transparency number

Argument values:

argument 1:    0.5

Used in object types (and how often in each type): Cover (1%)

Used in a total of 2 .con files: Objects.con

Parent directory of these .con files: objects/MOVE_FILES

Example: (from objects/MOVE_FILES/Stebarbwire/Ai/Objects.con)
   rem *** Plugins ***
   AiTemplatePlugIn.Create Cover BarbwireCover
   AiTemplatePlugIn.CoverValue 5.0
   AiTemplatePlugIn.Transparency 0.5
