Map voting starter

Is it possible to check who issued the map voting? One of our player who has got a fast pc, loads the map in no time and then starts voting for his favourite map. He is the only player atm (others are still loading) so he gains 100% of needed votes. Basically we know who it is but usually it's better to get hard evidences.

Disable map voting or ask the admin to do it for you, simple.

I'll form a different question: Does the server save log entries concerning the map voting?!

Im not totally sure but i think the first player joined gets slot 0 and so on

Maybe you could use hlsw, i think the ping report there shows 0 until fully joined the server
