Unreal Engine 3 Release as free SDK!

This is truly amazing, all of the professional development tools, and the code software for the Unreal Engine 3 has been released as a free SDK Beta! I suggest you download it before this experiment disappears!
This is a great set of tools, and the fact that only 25% of any profit goes to the company, thats a small price to pay to get to act with the same engine that built Gears Of War, Batman Arkham Asylum and others.
