Now this my friends is what Tourettes really looks like. Only other guy I know of that "appears" to have Tourettes is the fellow known as"Tourettes Guy". But he appears to simply be acting like one and probably doesn't actually have it.

But the video above definitely appears real as not only does he say things involuntarily, but also has certain body movements that also coincide with his tourettes.
