Like I said, this particular one is not perfect..I have ones with an animation as if they got hit with something like a bullet

The picture of the mangled soldier is AWESOME! It looks like a real person that got hit by a tank shell... or stepped on a ap mine. I like it!

Its in the animations\3P_NoWeapon folder

3PCruch2HatchLower.baf & 3PCruch2HatchUpper.baf

actually theres also the same animation in the vehicles folder called tank hatch.. so i guess thats what this was for.. strange though as there are no other 'vehicle entry' animations in the game

Maybe they had originally planned to have a animated vehicle entry

Seems so. The animators somehow must have been in overdrive mode, there are many animations that are never called.

RunRelax, FireEnd, LieReload, etc. etc. . All stuff where perfectly fine .baf animations are present, but which are never used ingame.

I included the Runrelax-Aniamtions for BG42 for my mod :) . Had to use a huge workaround, but they work flawlessly now 8-) . The animation when the player is running around now is chosen randomly. This is not perfect, but the best thing possible in BF42 (Best would have been: Run for 10 sec, then switch to RunRelax. Not possible.). Adds quite a bit to the atmosphere.

Senshi wrote:Problem with your baf is the soldier falls straight down. Every single bone tumbles down along the vertical axis, and has the bones have no angular limits in relation to their next adjacent bone, they are allowed to fall as it pleasese them, causing a gigantic mess ;) .
No.I set the bones to have to collision effect with echother, the bones have angular limits set by the ragdolls cone ie the settings I made.

Now its presstu mych down the getting the bones and gravity perfect so they act realistically
