bf42 ingame browser

Just noticed that the ingame browser doesn´t display all active servers, our clan server along with with a lot of others, for example Wakeclan.com Wake 24/7 are missing.

Yeah, I'm only getting about 116 active server, out of what should be 400-500 something.

if i reload the map our server shows up, but it doesnt last longer then maybe 5-10 min

i hope it starts to work again or it will be hard times for bf42 :/

Its caused by the Bad Company 2 release. Too many players crashed the servers. Apparently EA have everything interlinked to such a degree that when one game gets high multiplayer loads it takes all the rest of the games down with it.

Yah.. They seem to have been completly unprepaired for it's release...

Interestingly enough it was this exact time last year that there were huge outtages for nearly 2 weeks, across many games that relied on the GameSpy in game browsers...

Good info even if your not playing BC2 since it's also affecting other EA Games.
