Editor 42, question about shadows, etc.

Hi all,

I recently started to design a level for FH. I use editor42 because it supports more objects and more vehicles than battlecraft.
(I made the terrain and surfacemaps in BC42)

At this moment, when I open it in BC42, all the objects are gone. So I cannot use the "generate surface maps" "merge terrain lightmaps", "generate object lightmap" and "set spawn camera position".

How is this possible for me to make this happen for my map?

Hi again,

I see this in that topic:
BF1942_r.exe" +game DesertCombat +workingFolder "ShadowWork\" +traceTerrainShadows "bf1942\levels\MAPNAME\" MAPNAME\lmList.dat "ShadowWork\bf1942\levels\MAPNAME\textures"
I guess I have to replace "DesertCombat" with "FH"? (it's a map for the forgotten hope mod)

yes...

its usually a bit of fun getting this to work first time but once you do get it figured out you will start to appreciate the extra control you have when generating these for your map
