emm i think forgotten hope has one also some bfvietnam mods and this mod

this mod has some gas nades (not smoke, gas) and a fire nade also

Battlegroup42 has a pretty fancy one, if I may say so. The M2 US flamethrower, to be precise. Quite a kickass-weapon.
