Battlecraft water settings

Hi,
This subject must have already been treated, but I can't put a hand on it (I'm not used to this forum yet)
Could someone explain to me the different settings I can find in "water settings", and the way to change the water color please ? Or at least, give me a link to find something about...
I'm using the standard water settings, but I think my map would be much better with a water color that reminds lagoons and shores of islands in the Pacific Ocean.
