Does anyone happen to have a copy of this tool? I cant seem to find it anywhere for download :/

Don't think I have ever seen that. But if you need Mat ID notes, here is a text file I personally set up

The program I am looking for runs from a batch, it checks all the .sm's in a given location and returns a .txt file with each of the matIds assigned to the col faces of those .sm's

I used to have it, but now that I don't I can't find the damn thing anywhere...

materialManager.dumpMaterialList will dump generic properties of materials. Many materials have properties hardcoded into the executable though (such as 99).

BTW, I'll add that material 90 is the one material that is not a "Solid Material", whatever that means.

This is what I am referring to...

When the ViewMatIds.exe is placed in a folder, it runs with a .bat file...

the interstate mod has the viewmatids 1.2 packed in the standardmesh.rfa of both 1.8 and 1.81. http://www.mediafire.com/file/daaf3d561 ... Dfiles.rar I packed the files into a .rar file so you don't have to bother with the lengthy file extracting
