gmax to over format?

Hi all, I create a map with a friend, and I want to know if it's possible to convert gmax files into .3ds or over to texture it in 3dsmax or wings3d.
In gmax I just see p3d format for exporting, and no 3ds or obj...

hey man, gotta be honest with you.. 'find' a copy of 3dsmax 7. Its the only way really.. gmax will soon irritate you with lack of functionality.

that doesnt help your current issue but im just saying get away from gmax asap. im surprised there's no 3ds export though.

ive got 3dsmax 7, but dont find a key...
I dont like gmax too, but its free and dont have to search crack or serial
