I hope so. Then Wargaming will notice they are having competition, and *maybe* they will start to treat the NA server nicer.
If I can convince my brother, I might get War Thunder. I have *1* game installed, and he thinks it is too much. Yes, World of Tanks is 15 GB (!) but he has a 2 TB hard drive. I don't think it will even notice War Thunder.

Oh, BTW, guys, if you haven't defragment your hard drive, do it! I did that yesterday, and my PC feels like it went through puberty! It's so fast!

Oh, by the way. War Thunder is much more realistic and fun than World of Warplanes. I'm just gonna come out and say Wargaming is kind of a shit company compared to Gaijin.

I'm not going to argue.
It's the tanks I care about. I don't give a thing to planes. I can see WoT's popularity hitting the ground when War Thunder releases tanks, which I know it will. I can see that benefiting WoT a lot to me!
1) Less players who seem more like potatoes
2) WG might treat the NA server nicer, because they do not dominate tank games anymore (or, WG will continue being dicks)

One thing I do have to mention is War Thunder has had planes for a while, so they have had time to develop more. WoWP has just gotten off beta, so...
not arguing, just a point! :)

The thing is ... I'm not sure who started their 'beta' first. Some companies say they're in beta just so they can take longer to do nothing. I think both companies have done that to some degree.
