DC Highpower v93 help

hi all.ok here it is. my guys at =Vu= Venatus Una are trying to run DC Highpower V93 . downloads ok but when try to run server seys it has a pop up about evey 2 sec, then shuts down and restarts.so can someone help us with mod.apache may know something about this mod. if not someone got to know help ple,

Hey man, can you try and explain this 'popup' a bit better and the issue.. full words and sentences are always appreciated and will help you get an answer.
