I've got a problem.

I copied the files over, added the map, loaded the map, and nothing.

the map loads fine, but no King Tiger... or AC-130.

What could be the problem?

I loaded El_ALAMIEN_HEAVY

Hold on. that was when i tried it with the BF 1941 mod.

But it works when i use the debugger to spawn it. Odd.

When i tried it with the original 1942 "mod", the game crashed upon loading the same map.

What? I did nothing other than add two new spawners (and turn around one in the allied base. Hated that spawner) I even tested the thing myself. I say load the map in windowed mode + debugger, and see if there is a crash report.

EDIT: did you put it in your VANILLA 1942 archives? because if you didn't, that might be why it's crashing. If your using the debugger (and using it windowed) it'll pop an error box up with he error.

EDIT 2: BTW, with the map, the AC-130 spawn location has no path finding there. If a bot gets in it, he'll fly it up and off the map. It has a spawn point on it, so it'll get weird.

Only mildly related, but just to let you know, an AC version of the C47 actually existed and made the gunship planes popular in the first place:

I FORGOT ABOUT PUFF! I feel so sad now. Puff the Magic Dragon was the first gunship, I totally forgot about him!

BTW, Carnie, this can be put as solved, since it is done.

I remember Puff the Magic Dragon being in BF Vietnam, and i didn't really like it, so that's ok.

Yep. Solved it is! Thank you very much for everything you've done! :D

Your work is greatly appreciated by me and my friend.
