Would someone want to SSM a few maps for me? Nothing to crazy, I have a few ideas in mind ... mostly adding and changing vehicles moving a few spawn points...

In general: The chances of finding someone to do all the work for you is close to zero. Modding is all about doing the changes yourself and this forum is a great place in getting assistance for doing so.
The changes you are interested are surprisingly easy, as you will find, and implementing those is a very good first rewarding step in learning some basic modding (and its SSM limitations). Check the "Basic Tutorials" (top right of the forum) and the Tutorials section of this forum, both will provide you with ample supply of information regarding your plans.
