[BFV]How do you edit the factions?

Postby cCc turan cCc » Mon Aug 17, 2015 10:18 am

EDIT: I have worded this wrong. All I want to do is change the team's flags like change the US flag on the menu screen and the command points.

I want to edit the factions in Battlefield Vietnam like this but I don't know how. I have looked for resources everywhere but I cannot find. Please help me, thanks :D

barely. I just don't have the time nor BF V to help your right now, unfortunately.

I can start thinking about where it could be. It's probably in a textures rfa and a .dds file. Cannot confirm for sure.

You know how to extract those, right?

In objects.rfa, the items folder includes all the faction files. For editing flags, open texture.rfa and look for flags. For insigna that appears on startup of a mission, go to the folder insigna in texture.rfa. Right now i don't know how to rename factions.
