Looks pretty good to me...i like both lighting effects, just going by the SSes you've posted.
I haven't played heroes...so I will leave it to you whether you want to use the new pallet or not! IMO both look fine.

Re: 31.5 inch Dora rail cannon
The problem is another one. What the hell do you want with a Super-Heavy Railway Artillery which effective combat range is 20+ km? Most battlefield maps are no larger than 2x2km², with some reaching up to 4x4 or above, mostly sea maps. Deploying such a piece of artillery in BF42 would be completely...

Re: 31.5 inch Dora rail cannon
WOW! HOLY #@$%..... what the hell do you need a gun that big for... i mean, come on... For blowing sh*t up. lol. Re: DC Unauthorized v3.1 ready for combat!
He clearly says you still need the expansion packs. ...no.... You must still have the expansion packs! My mod would exceed 1GB in size if I were to include the xpack content needed with the xpack maps and stuff I put in the mod. Also you can still probably run the mod fine without the xpacks since I...

It looks really good though. A great alternative for those whose PCs can't handle BFH!
