Whats your video settings? tried setting them to medium if they are at high?

try disabling Antialiasing

in your graphics-controll panel make sure there are no settings to override the applications nvidia control panel or catalyst control center, 3d settings i believe its called.

What server version of bf1942 are you running? and on what system? windows server 2008 etc. Does it happen with other mods too? or regular/vanilla bf1942? AX is using some sort of network route, this is only possible with a linux install, i have no knowledge of how to do this.

I'm pretty sure you can select everything from the left side menu with the list of all objects placed in the map, and either click ctrl+a or click the 1st one and hold shift while clicking the last one.

This is a bit old.

But i ran into this a few times as well
I had to shrink the uvw channel 3, a super super super tiny part of the uvw was outside the frame, once 100% of the uvw is inside the frame, it worked again.
